This
is a detailed statement describing the privacy protection given the
information InStock Fasteners collects from our customers. Subject
to the requirements of applicable law, InStock Fasteners' privacy

may make available in the future, a customer must register and
provide the information required on our registration pages. To offer
the best level of service, we strongly encourage each customer to
provide complete information.

used on certain pages of our site. Among the reasons we employ
cookies is that they allow a customer to enter his or her password
less frequently. Cookies are stored on the customer's hard drive,

they are automatically deleted at the end of a session. You are

Fasteners automatically tracks certain information about each
customer based upon his or her use of the system. This information
is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis, and is used
internally to better understand and serve our users. This
information may include your IP address, the URL from which you
accessed the InStock Fasteners website (regardless of whether this
URL is on our site), which URL you go to next (regardless of whether
this URL is on our site), and which browser you

Your
email address, mailing address, and telephone number are used to

Changing Your Personally Identifiable
Information
Following registration, you can review and
change, or request deletion from the InStock Fasteners website
database, any or all of your information submitted during
registration including, but not limited to: (1) your name; (2) your
password; (3) your contact information, such as the email address,
conventional mail address, telephone numbers, and fax numbers; (4)
your various "ship to" and "billing" addresses; and (5) your credit

technical constraints flowing from the fact that we back up our

InStock Fasteners conforms to

our customers' personally identifiable information. Even though we
